Wonderful staff at the Waynesville, St. Robert's location. Polite and courteous with customer happiness and intent of future business was very welcoming. Also Ms. Danielle was so helpful in finding my new location with very quick with all aspects of the renting process.

Investment Realty has been taking care of one of my properties for the last four years now possibly longer. Ben and the maintenance team have been great! Fixing several issues quickly, even during the recent winter storm and extreme cold weather. From roof siding that came off during a storm and fixing my water heater after it kept tripping the breaker. All was either completed the next day, at most two days after reporting. No issues with allowing them to work when I am not there.

Mike Woessner recently sold my commercial property in St. Robert, Missouri. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the listing period & sale of the property. He had to hit the ground running, as I am an out of state seller and my property was vacant. There was a huge storm at the beginning of the listing period and there was significant damage to the building. Mike had the building secured immediately, and hired the glass company and cleanup work. Mike's correspondence is EXCELLENT !!! He was always available to answer a text or phone call. I would highly recommend Mike for your real estate needs. Plus, he's just a VERY nice person
